over 600 athletes representing different countries like Aruba , Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Bolivia, Venezuela, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Ecuador hosts held on BMX 2010 Pan American Championships in Quito - Ecuador.

With a temperate climate (10 - 12 degrees) from the early hours of the morning the various delegations were arriving and filling with joy Metrop facilities, fabulous BMX track where organizers improved some aspects of the old track achieving a fairly technical and fast track at a time where athletes expressed their happiness for being in a track so good.


At 10 am is given by inaugurated the event and started dating the first category Cruiser as usual, then give way to the Challenger category from age 6 onwards.

At the end of the day ended with normal races, you came to the awards where Brazil by the first by country, followed by Argentina and Chile for third place.


in the elite, the new Pan-American Champion is Ignacio Salazar (COL), Junior, David Oquendo (COL) took the gold medal. In the elite Damas, the undisputed champion was Mariana Pajon (COL) in Junior Women's Champion, Bianca Quinalha (BRA). Categories In

Cruises, the new Pan American champion Jose Luis Diaz (COL). In the Ladies category, Mariana Pajon (COL).
