I'm going to put a recetita I did yesterday. This recipe already existed in traditional English cuisine long time, but of course with olive oil and potatoes ... MEAT AND VEGETABLE PUDDING DUKAN (cruise, pv)

This diet is great, eat well and lose weight. I do not understand people that are criticizing so much ... well, actually, if I understand it happens to the people most critical are those that are getting rich at the expense of people with obesity, selling diets who need to use lots of pills and preparations are useless .... enough is enough to fool people, please.
There are people who criticize do not learn well first diet, this diet is not only the phase of pure proteins, which otherwise takes a few days at the kilos on ... has 4 phases: the first only proteins in the second protein and vegetables, the third since he joined the fruit, wholemeal bread, lentils, pasta .... and a fourth phase we do the rest of our lives if we do not want to get fat. ... because we stop dreaming, your body has what we call metabolic memory and tends to want to re-weigh the same weight, this is also known as the rebound effect ... but in this fourth phase can eat normally for 6 days and 1 week, on Thursday, pure proteins do. Pues...queridos / as followers / as...Hoy met dukan diet 6 months (I started it on August 18, 2010) As indicated by the title of this blog, the first 23 kilos to reach my weight just, according to the official website of Dukan (57.6 kg) managed to lose weight in 20 weeks ... that was the December 29, 2010 and started the 3rd phase of the diet or consolidation phase quite incredibly slimming .... I followed! The scale (dukanita, LOL) told me today I weigh 53 kilos !!!!!!!! ....... I've lost 27 KILOS IN 6 MONTHS !!!!!! It may seem lightweight, but it is, I'm very short, just my height 148 cm, even I get to five feet, hahahaha According to the calculation of my BMI (body mass index) my weight is NORMAL!! Tomaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa !!!!!!! I have no obesity, type I or type II obesity or even overweight, I have a normal weight:)

Well, today marks a month since I started the 3 rd phase of the diet or consolidation phase and now my weight is 55.1 kilos, is, that I not only gained not an ounce but also I've lost 2 kilos more and go .... less than 25 kilos! I am very happy because I discovered how not to get fat again in my life and eating!

Menú (consolidación)
Desayuno
1 café con leche desnatada
1 sandwich de queso (calentito, ummm! que rico! hecho en la sandwichera con 2 rebanadas de pan integral y 2 quesitos ligth marca santé)
Media mañana
1 manzana golden
Comida
3 filetes de hígado de ternera with roasted peppers (take the filets grilled liver and pour a can of roasted peppers with some of its juice and leave to warm the whole)
1 piece of cheeses and chocolate pudding snack
